HOW IT ALL BEGAN
NSI was founded as a Maryland corporation in January 2004 and began operations on February 1, 2004. Since then, NSI has realized efficient and far-reaching business operations that support the Warfighter through knowledge-based services, advanced analytics, and autonomous systems development for the enduring cause of protecting and defending American interests and ideals.
WHAT WE DO
NSI delivers products and services that protect and promote U.S. national security interests worldwide, serving the Department of War and other Federal Agencies through operations from multiple locations in the Continental United States and on Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) efforts around the globe. Since 2004, NSI has built a reputation as a high value provider of innovative products and knowledge-based solutions across the spectrum of technical and analytic disciplines, with a recent emphasis on autonomous and expeditionary systems and the innovative use of Artificial Intelligence in business and warfighting applications.

NSI supports the rapid integration of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools into Integrated Digital Environments (IDE) and integrates Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications through its DevSecOps environment. In recent efforts, NSI has advanced Big Data Analytics, Digitizing Sustainment, and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to improve readiness, mission effectiveness, and lifecycle affordability across Military Aviation. Additionally, NSI supports the Navy’s expanding unmanned and uncrewed mission through our Unmanned Maritime Systems Support contract, delivering technical expertise, integration services, and mission-focused engineering that enhance fleet readiness and accelerate autonomous capability deployment.
