NSI took part in the first inaugural Spark! Student Career Awareness Fair on Thursday, March 30 put on by The Patuxent Partnership (TPP). The goal was for 10th-12th grade students to have an engaging experience, while learning about potential careers and to understand the path required to get there. The joint initiative between TPP and the Southern Maryland Navy Alliance (SMNA) called SoMD 2030 is an effort to identify, hire and retain talent in Southern MD by enhancing the STEM pipeline, increasing career opportunities, and strengthening partnerships with government, industry, and academia.

The NSI team had a great time demonstrating cyber security, IT infrastructure and AI modeling.
